Daviess County Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the core foundation that supports the trio of Daviess County offerings. It is their signature blend of two mash bills — one high rye and the other wheated. The goal of the two mash bills is to strike the perfect balance between sweetness and spice… consistently… every time. Each Spirit is independently aged for four years in new oak prior. Once blended and bottled at 48% ABV, they become not only a very nice sipper, but a perfect daily dram or cocktail base.
